During the selection process you will be guided by one of our specialist consultants, who will discuss your ideas with you on the many aspects of your home’s interior. You will be able to select fixtures and fittings from ranges held in either our offices or at local specialist suppliers.

At our offices we hold an extensive selection of interior finishing materials including tiles, marbles, granites, door and window fittings, materials for kitchen cupboards and wardrobes as well as paint and wood-stain samples. Additionally, we have many brochures and other reference materials to assist you.

Colour Schemes
Your house will be painted inside and outside as part of the building process, so you will need to decide on the colour scheme and finish that our painters will use. Our consultants can assist you to choose these should you wish, and we have a full range of paint colour samples for you to select from.

Floor Coverings
Ceramic tiles are the most commonly used floor covering. They are both attractive and eminently practical, and the choice now available in Thailand is extensive. However, other materials such as marble, wood and even carpet are available and create the ambiance and level of practicality that you desire.

Furniture
Furnishings are very individual but by discussing your tastes, preferences and aims with us we will be able to provide you with expert advice. There are many local and imported options available and of course you may wish to bring furniture from your home country or existing residence, whatever you decide, CSP Construction will be able to assist you.

Lighting
Rosette light fittings are included in the price of our all our builds, but you may wish to look more broadly for lighting to enhance your overall interior design and furnishings.

Soft Furnishings
In furnishing your home the choice of curtains, cushions, rugs, upholstery, lamp shades etc. will form an integral part of the overall decor.
