Dear Mr. Coghlan,

     15 month ago, your company completed renovation work to the front of our restaurant. A job I was, and still am, happy with.   Today you have just completed further renovation work to the interior of the restaurant, and I am compelled yet again to write and congratulate you on the quality of the work and the professionalism in which the work was carried out.  It was inevitable that disruption would be caused to the restaurant, but you and your team carried out the work with full consideration to our customer?s and staff.

The job was well organized, with one team starting as another finished. All your staff were very polite, and worked hard and conscientiously. 

As you know we had our own team of electricians to do the electric work, only because they have been with us a long time and we felt it only right to give them the work.  The owner of the electric company made a comment to us regarding C.S.P, and I would like to pass on that comment to you.  He said he was ?very impressed at the way your team worked.  Quickly, together as a team, and very tidy, cleaning up after themselves as they went along ?.  Nice to hear one company complimenting another.

In conclusion, I just want to give my thanks to you and all your staff who have worked on the renovation at Yorkies, and to say that yet again I would have no hesitation in recommending C.S.P. Construction Co. Ltd, to anyone wishing to renovate their property, or indeed to build from scratch.
